We are very pleased about your interest in our company. Data protection has a particularly high priority for the management of UN TERZO GmbH. The use of our website is generally possible without providing any personal data. However, if a data subject wishes to use special services of our company via our website – in particular the contact form – it may become necessary to process personal data. If the processing of personal data is required and there is no legal basis for such processing, we obtain the consent of the data subject.
The processing of personal data (e.g. name, address, email address or telephone number) is always carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable national data protection laws. With this privacy policy, we inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process, as well as about the rights of data subjects.
UN TERZO GmbH has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection possible of personal data processed through this website. However, internet-based data transmissions can generally have security gaps, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, every data subject is free to transmit personal data to us via alternative means, e.g. by telephone.

Processor: A natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
Recipient: A person or entity to whom personal data are disclosed.
Third party: Any person or entity other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons authorized to process personal data under their direct authority.
Consent: Any freely given, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which they signify agreement to the processing of personal data.

3. General Information on Data Processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. On our website, we only use a contact form. There are no cookies, no tracking tools, and no newsletter subscriptions.
4. Collection and Storage of Personal Data via the Contact Form
When you use our contact form, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, phone number, message text).
Purpose: To process your inquiry and any follow-up questions.
Legal basis:

Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract performance), if your inquiry is aimed at concluding or performing a contract;

Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for general inquiries; our legitimate interest lies in responding appropriately to your contact request.
No further use or disclosure of your data takes place unless required by law or you have explicitly consented.
5. Server Log Files (Technical Data)
Every time our website is accessed, our hosting system automatically collects information in so-called server log files (e.g. browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, date/time of access, IP address, internet service provider).
Purpose: To ensure the functionality and security of the website and to prevent attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
These data are not combined with other data sources; log files are stored separately from personal data and are deleted regularly.
6. No Cookies, No Tracking, No Newsletter
We do not use cookies, do not engage in tracking (e.g. analytics services), and do not send newsletters.
7. Recipients / Disclosure of Data
Your personal data will generally not be shared with third parties.
If we use external service providers (e.g. hosting or IT providers), this is done within the framework of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, based on appropriate contractual arrangements.
No data is transferred to third countries.
8. Data Retention
We store personal data only as long as necessary to process your request or as long as statutory retention obligations exist. Once the purpose no longer applies or the retention periods expire, the data will be deleted or blocked in accordance with legal requirements.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law.
